So, our concept is now a mirror which has four states, normal (healthy) and three different symptoms: think and move slower, confusion of time and place and memory loss. These four will be running by themselves in a loop. There will be three walls in the installation and these are going to be covered with “wallpaper” visualizing the neuron forest. We are also going to make three physical neurons which will be placed around the mirror. These will have light inside of them going on and off, representing the dying neurons as the different symptoms appear in the mirror. The lights goes on and off by themselves instead of being a switch as we first wanted. So they are now more an aestethic element but also a link to the dying braincells and can contribute to emphasize that something is changing in the mirror. We also want some text between the different videos, telling that a new symptom is coming.
